Continuing Education

Following is an overview of the information and list of skills
taught during our 80-hour course.


This course provides classroom instruction plus field trips to various types of auctions. When applicable, hands on personal involvement with an actual auction is offered depending on auction scheduling.


Practical applications in math, paperwork, principles of real estate, and bid calling are presented using worksheets and actual auction information or situations. An 85 multiple choice question examination is given at the end of the session as a learning tool and review on information taught during the course.


Applicants are introduced to the many varied types of auctions including; antique and collectable auctions, auto auctions, consignment auctions, real estate auctions, livestock auctions, estate auctions, charity auctions, internet auctions, and business and UCC auctions.
