Continuing Education Approved Courses Virginia is now requiring all licensed auctioneers to complete at least six continuing education credit hours of board-approved continuing education courses for any license renewal or reinstatement after February 1, 2008. Our school has been approved for the following course scheduled for the following dates. Check this web site for future updates on courses and schedules. |

This six-hour course is designed to introduce and familiarize auctioneers with real estate auctions. Some of the factors that will be address are:
Throughout the course these questions will be discussed along with other information concerning the obligations of the auctioneer both legally and ethically when conduction a real estate auction. Attendance will be monitored and verified. No credit will be awarded to attendees who arrive late, leave early, or miss any portion of the course or fail to accomplish the learning objectives of the course. At the end of the course each attendee, who sucessfully meets all board requirements as stated, will be awarded a certificate of completion for 6-hours continuing education to meet the Virginia Auctioneers Board's requirements. |
